I was sick of writing invoices by hand, or editing a word document to write an invoice so I decided to write an electronic invoice book. I wanted to be able to write invoices fast and send them straight to my customers from the program. I came up with My Invoice Book. It is free to download and trial but if you wish to use it's email features or it's reminder features you will need to register it. Registration is only A$5.00.
Features
-
Fast and Easy Setup.
-
Create, Print, Email Invoices in seconds.
-
All your business details are stored and entered onto the Invoice automatically.
-
You have the option of storing the customer details in the database, or just typing in the name for one off customers. Previous customers are selected quickly and easily from a dropdown box. (If you decide to use My Address Book then the stored customers will be in there as contacts).
-
Your products and prices can be stored in the database for fast selection, or one off products are just typed in.
-
Invoices can be saved for later viewing or editing.
-
Invoices can be printed or can be emailed directly to the customer from My Invoice Book.
-
Keep track of Unpaid Invoices. If you use My Diary then a reminder can be set for Overdue Payment.
-
Keep track of Recurring Invoices. If you use My Diary and the invoice is for a recurring fee you can set reminders to send the next invoice and open the invoice from My Diary automatically. Overdue payment reminders will also be set.
-
If you use My Ledger then you can record the payment from a Paid Invoice in the receipts section of My Ledger.
-
Edit Invoices to mark an unpaid invoice as paid. This will clear the reminder in My Diary and show the invoice as being paid on that date.
